All services offered on this platform are digital in nature. Once a service is used, processed or accessed, it is considered delivered.
Payments made for digital services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, card generation, image processing, document formatting and related tools.
Refunds will not be provided for incorrect usage of the platform, user errors, or failure to read instructions and terms before using a service.
Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates or technical issues does not qualify for a refund.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining balance or unused services.
If you believe a payment was deducted incorrectly due to a technical error, you may contact support for review. Any decision made by IDMaker with idcardly.com will be final.
